Chicken Katsu Juu
The wrapped in flour Fried chicken has Crispy taste, egg is wrapped it and given shoyu sauce. With additional onions, button mushrooms and nori powder make taste of chicken katsu juu more delicious.
Ingredients to make Chicken katsu Juu:
2 pieces of chicken fillets
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten until frothy
75 g flour
100 g white flour rough panir
cooking oil
Sauce :
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
75 g onions, thinly
